Creativity & Connection with Rose & Cacao

Rose and cacao are sister plants that help us to open our heart, connect to our intuition, and expand our creative expression. In this circle, we will work with the medicines of rose and cacao in ceremony, first setting our intentions then experiencing the energy of each plant spirit through each of our senses. We’ll then explore the embodiment of connection and creativity that these plant spirits offer us through a guided experience of movement and music, connective games, and creative expression. With the heart-opening energies of rose and cacao awakened and activated within us, we’ll play and connect together, allowing the beautiful inner child within to shine through. 

Kristen is a transformational coach, artist, yoga/embodiment teacher and plant medicine integration guide. A world traveler for over 12 years, she has studied Western and Eastern modalities of healing, and incorporates her background in psychology, somatic therapy, mindfulness and yoga, energy healing, and expanded states of consciousness into her work. Originally from the Northwest, she now lives in the Sacred Valley of Peru where she studies shamanic healing and learns more from the plants and the sacred land everyday.
