Plants enChant is an entirely outdoor event. Conditions are woodsy. Food is vegetarian.
included: all event activities, camping, parking, showers, & market-space
meals, snacks, & beverages are complimentary.
camping/parking space is first come first serve (18 max vehicle/trailer length).

Participation
Plants enChant is a DIY-style community based event. 

It is a paticipatory and non-performative teaching and sharing gathering.
No experience necessary.

Instruments are encouraged if needed to find the courage to SING.
Let your VOICE take priority ~ always the lead instrument.
Skilled musicians please consider joining us in the vulnerability of unaccompanied vocal expression

Tickets and Entry: 
Each adult and teen attendee must have their own ticket in their own name.
To enter the event: You will need to show a ticket and matching photo ID.
Name on ticket must match name on photo ID.

teens must have ticket and age verification

Complimentary vegetarian meals offered 3x daily
Please bring a bulk item to contribute if you can.
Something abundant from the garden, or organic bulk items
(please no cupboard clean outs)

Arrival

Earliest arrival is after noon Thursday, July 24th 2025

Ticket holders may come and go from event.

There is no compensation, reimbursement or exchange for time spent away from the event.

Please be aware: Staff, thru pre-arrangement, may have dogs (or cats) on site

Ticket holders may not bring pets

Those attempting to bring pets to the event will be denied entry.
There will be no refund (or credit) for denied entry.

Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers

No refunds. Unused tickets are void after the event and cannot be redeemed towards a future event. 

Plants enChant does not offer ticket transfers. Limited transfers are available through the ticketing platform, subject to their rules and regulations. Use the ’transfer my ticket’ button at the top of the ticket registration page.  No tickets can be transferred past noon July 20th, 2025. Plants enChant does not offer support or consultation for ticket transfers.

Emergency ticket cancellations communicated by email before noon July 23rd, 2025 may, at the discretion of admin, possibly be awarded a credit (of the same value as the ticket minus $50) redeemable towards a future event (Singing Alive or Plants enChant).

Non-emergency cancellations will not result in refund or credit. Emergency qualification is at admin discretion and refers to catastrophic circumstances. Ticket cancellations, emergency or otherwise, communicated after noon July 23rd, 2025 will not result in refund or credit.

If the Singing Alive 2025 is canceled before July 24th, 2025 a credit (of the same value as the ticket) redeemable towards a future event will be issued to the original purchaser. There will be no cash refunds.
