Herbal body oiling is a practice that can unite our bodies, minds and spirits with those of our beloved plant allies. Deeply nourishing to the skin and nervous system, herbal body oiling is one of my favorite self care practices. We will discuss the many benefits of herbal body oiling, how we can learn to listen to plants through this practice, how to make your own herbal infused oils, and participate in a self care body oiling ritual (several herbal oils will be provided for you to choose from).
